Restaurant General Manager

Our RGM's are the masters behind our smooth operations and our #1 Customer Maniacs. They manage our restaurants within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization. They hold total operational and financial responsibility for their individual unit.

RGMs directly perform hands-on work on an ongoing basis to train employees, respond to customer service needs, and otherwise role model appropriate behaviors in the restaurant. They provide overall leadership to their teams, recognizing and motivating them and coaching and training them for operational excellence.

General Managers are expected to work 50+ hours per week including peak periods. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of Restaurant or Retail Management experience with Profit and Loss Responsibility. A High School, College or University Degree is preferred and they must have the legal right to work in the United States.


Senior Assistant Manager and Assistant Manager

Assistant Managers put the "T" in Team. They serve as the lead assistant to the Restaurant General Manager and provide additional management coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of operations in an individual unit.

They take full responsibility for specific financial controls, crew training assignments, and the screening of prospective employees under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager. They also directly perform hands-on work on an ongoing basis to train employees, respond to customer service needs, and otherwise role model appropriate skills and behaviors in the restaurant. In addition, assistant managers provide overall leadership; recognize and motivate members of the team, and coach and train the team for operational excellence.

Assistant Managers work an average of 50 hours per week. Generally, 1+ years experience in either a food service or retail environment including Profit & Loss responsibility is required. A High School diploma or G.E.D. is preferred and they must have the legal right to work in the United States.
